The Porkopolis Penners is a group of fountain pen enthusiasts in the Greater Cincinnati area who meet regularly to discuss our collections, repairs, and swap ink and the occasional story. Our members have varied interests — we have members who collect vintage pens, those who collect modern pens, those who specialize in certain brands, and those who just have one or two pens. Most of our meetings are informal, although we have the occasional special event. Anybody who has an interest in fountain pens or other writing utensils is welcome to join us. There is no charge to participate.
Our meetings are usually on the last Saturday of the month from 10:00 AM to Noon, Cincinnati Time, at the Oakley Branch – Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County 4033 Gilmore Avenue Cincinnati Ohio 45209. The library opens at 10:00 AM, We’ll start as soon as possible – after we set up the room. Meeting times and locations are subject to change.
